On Lake Windermere, the three Nield brothers reluctantly agree to sell their beloved boathouse, while middle brother Matt accepts Thomas Noblett's offer to use the Langdale Chase jetty to keep his sailing school afloat. At Knipe Tarn, there is still work to be done on the roof before the Cunliffe family home completes its transformation into a five-star hotel.
